Hummingbirds are beautiful little birds, they are very hard to photograph, but patience will win out in the end. I put my camera right up against the window, noted where the hummingbird would land and had it ready for when he sat for a drink and snapped him. I didn't worry about the background, just the bird. Good luck! Hummingbird Moths are also included in this group and I noticed some tabblos has humming bird moths, they are welcome also.

There is beautiful work being done in this group. It takes a lot of patience to photograph hummers, and seems like there is a lot of people with just that.

If anyone has any hummingbird moths, they are also welcome here.

It seems we have a new worry about our little fluttering friends, in Fredericton, New Brunswick, there is a spider that kills hummers and eats them. I heard about this on our news Friday night, and It almost made me sick to think about it. These little darlings has long journeys to make in the fall and to have something preying on them while here is very upsetting. This news has renewed my fear of spiders.

Once again, it's time to get pictures of hummingbirds. They are back. Looking forward to more tabblos on these little fellows.
