Weekly Challenge no. 6: At The Top Of The Hour

This week's challenge is all about Tabblo and the diverse  people we are across the world. It's a little experiment. We'll be back to our normal challenge next week.

 

The challenge is called At The Top Of The Hour.  

 

Each day of the week, there will be a "designated" time of day. At that time, take some photos of "whatever" you are doing or "whereever" you are.

 

Each of us will create a Tabblo representing the same moment in time on that day.  We'll be able to share that moment through Tabblo.

 

Name the Tabblo:  WC:  Sunday 2008-Feb-17  (for sunday) etc...

 

It's this simple:

 

So on Sunday at 10am Eastern Standard Time we will take photos of whatever we are doing, whereever you are and create your Tabblo.

 

On Sunday:

 

In New York (EST) snap your photos at 11am

In Chicago (CST) snap your photos at 10am

In California (PST) snap your photos at 8am

In London (UK), snap your photos at 4pm

etc...

    

The idea is that it is at the same moment each day.

 

Remember to name the Tabblo:  WC:  Sunday 2008-Feb-17

 

On Monday:

 

In New York (EST) snap your photos at Noon

In Chicago (CST) snap your photos at 11am

In California (PST) snap your photos at 9am

In London (UK), snap your photos at 5pm

etc...

 

Remember to name the Tabblo:  WC:  Monday 2008-Feb-18

 

On Tuesday:

 

In New York (EST) snap your photos at 2pm

In Chicago (CST) snap your photos at 1pm

In California (PST) snap your photos at 11am

In London (UK), snap your photos at 7pm

etc...

 

On Wednesday

 

In New York (EST) snap your photos at 3pm

In Chicago (CST) snap your photos at 2pm

In California (PST) snap your photos at Noon

In London (UK), snap your photos at 10pm

etc...

 

On Thursday

 

In New York (EST) snap your photos at 5pm

In Chicago (CST) snap your photos at 4pm

In California (PST) snap your photos at 2pm

In London (UK), snap your photos at 11pm

etc...

 

On Friday

 

In New York (EST) snap your photos at 8pm

In Chicago (CST) snap your photos at 7pm

In California (PST) snap your photos at 5pm

In London (UK), snap your photos at 1am (sorry)

etc...

 

On Saturday

 

In New York (EST) snap your photos at 11pm

In Chicago (CST) snap your photos at 10pm

In California (PST) snap your photos at 8pm

In London (UK), snap your photos at 4am (sorry again)

etc...

 

It's an experiment.  I hope you all try ...

Like the idea Bob, but the the time difference will give a bit of a problem...especially for Wednesday, Thursday, Firday and Saturday. My local time is London +1 hour!!

Good point. For those that this schedule just "catches you at sleep", add 12 to the "hour" and do it while awake!

This will be a lot of nightshooting! =) Beeing on Anjads timezon, there will definitly be problems saturday! =)

This is really different, Bob. I suspect we will learn a great deal about one another. Marvellous idea! It's quite a feat trying to unify so many timezones...but I can't wait to see what comes of the experiment.

Hey!! no fair... i'm barely out of bed at 8 in the morning on sundays.... lol.... oh well, at least i'm not in alaska or hawaii....
