Fenway Park, Boston, MA

Fenway Park is the revered home of Red Sox Nation. According to the description: "Though generations have come and gone, Fenway Park remains, much like it did the day it opened on April 20, 1912.". That may be true for much of the park, but people were not sitting atop the famous "Green Monster" in 1912.

On a beautiful summer night, there may not be a better seat in all of baseball; even if you're standing.

I have wondered what the view was like from up there ever since they opened those seats. Thanks!

Ah, Fenway, the grandfather of all baseball stadiums. I'd love to be able to go to a game here one day and see the famous "Green Monster". I wasn't aware that there was seating on it. When did they open that up? Thanks for the link too I'll have to check it out.

Card carrying member of Red Sox Nation right here! Sooo jealous of you! Every year I try for Monster seats and every year I come up empty. Love these shots. Go Sox!!

This is great! I can't wait to get out and see a game, although doubtful it will be from the Monster seats. I also really like the shot of Lansdowne Street.
