Hart Mountain, Eastern Oregon

Not all of Oregon is green. This is high desert, east of the Cascade Mountains. Photos were taken in the general area of the Hart Mountain National Antelope Refuge. You're viewing Poker Jim Ridge, Warner Peak, Petroglyph Lake. Wide open spaces where you can see for miles.

beautiful pictures... really would like to visit that area someday. I like the b&w shot as well... looks almost like film. Perfect exposures as well!

Great idea having the boots in the foreground. That is a real PRO touch. Additionally I think your shot of the group against the rock backdrop is stellar. You told your story well and I'm sure many of us viewers would love to be taken on another of your outings; in real life or through tabblo.

Great tabblo! I love the background colour, the first shot is superb and the black and white shot of the group really captures the mood.
