You know, I've always tried to avoid capturing the dying flowers, thinking they were ugly and that they weren't something I thought I'd want to make a record of... But you have completely surprised me with the beauty you've captured in the seventh and eight shots.... And that top left one DOES remind me of Monet! :)

Ginny ... I remember that quote so well! Tho' I paint, somehow have always been 'afraid' to do flowers. I suppose as they are so INTRICATE and detailed .Once did some in a vase and wasn't all the pleased with results......the buds to the fully open flower to the last one in a background of beautiful green ....SUPERB.
