The "Imaging Tracers"

Linda checks out the back-up singers.

Seton Southwest is proud to announce the winning department in this year's Hospital Week Great Tracer competition. Imaging staff (Linda Kidd, England Griner, Jeremy Tooley and Daniel Burciu) wrote a little song and performed it for the amusement of the rest of the hospital at the May 23rd Town Hall Meeting.

Imaging was looking forward to enjoying their prize: a department lunch and a month without site tracers. Then, on June 6th, JCAHO arrived for a 3-day survey!

With true teamwork and spirit, the group reprised their May performance and gave the surveyors a grand send-off.  Tammy filled in when Daniel was unable to participate.

Daniel said he couldn't dance, and offered a demonstration.

CHEERS! to the winners!

Sing to the tune of

"YOU ARE MY SUNSHINE"

We always ask for

 your name and birthdate,

Before we shoot any x-ray.

Because we don't want

To have a mistake

Interrupt your hospital stay.

Tammy subbed for Daniel in June.

To see an image

Using sono,

You must drink a full 32.

Because we won't let

A fuzzy picture,

Come between your baby and you.

The other night sire

After you fainted,

In E.R. we x-rayed your arm.

And then in O.R.

We did it once more,

To prevent any further harm.

And now this pair has

Become a trio.

Their individual health care

Has been addressed and

Received with "Thank You"

And even Admin received a large share!
