i love this. great movement and flow from one pic to the next. each one picks up from the previous. and, always the excellent composition or your shots, which makes them so artistic. thank you!

Wonderful photos, the dogs are very cute and I bet they had a blast on the beach. Love the shot with the horses, that looks like it would be a lot of fun. Beautiful scenery, looks like Bar Harbor. Where ever it is, very beautiful.

You got some great shots here! I love the colours in the first one, the green and brown kelp with the differently textured bit in the center, and of course the ones of Bently and Sophie! They look like they had a great time, and I just bet they found somethings to roll in too! :) ... so did the shot you were taking while you were standing on the leash turn out? ... I mean, the besides the one of you standing on the leash... :)

Den, Oscar, Karsten, Jodi, Pam, Sterling, Jean, Emma, Dar, Andre, Pat, Linda and Jeanine - thank you all for dropping by and for your meaningful comments.

Dar, the dogs did indeed have a great time but Bentley had to be 'reined' in because he is always finding dubious goodies to eat when we go to the beach. I do not enjoy the after effects! As for the shot of the leash and my foot I must confess that I had just finished taking the photos of the herons while squatting on my haunches when I fell over, one of these situations when you hope nobody is watching! The shot of my foot was a complete accident!

(chuckling) ... it's a lovely crisp and clear shot for having been an accident. :)

Your dogs are so cute - you are so lucky to be able to walk along the beach even if the weather is not the greatest right now.

Dar, Laura and Angela, once again, thank you for your interest and kind comments. Yes, Laura, every time I go to a beach I treasure it - I never take it for granted.
