UFO EXPERIENCE

Just past midnight on 21 June.

 

This object with glowing lights seemed to drift slowly across the night sky.  I couldn't gauge how large or far away it was.   I hurriedly took a few shots, of which this is the clearest.

The UFO became stationary.  There was no sound whatsoever.  After less than a minute had passed, it shot upwards at a speed that seemed incredible, and vanished within seconds.

 

I don't believe in little green men, but have no idea what this could have been.

 WHAT DO YOU THINK IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN???

Oh ye of little faith, SnowWhite. Maybe it was one of the dwarfs lamps shining, as home from work he came :)

Let's REMEMBER, I didn't say this was anything specific. I don't know what it was. I may have been drinking...........But my camera wasn't. :)

Oh I would have loved to see this... I think it was a UFO... did anyone else see it?? Have you heard reports on the news??

We live in quite an isolated location, Jodi. And it was midnight. Many people, like me, wouldn't report a weird sighting. You can see by some of the comments here that it attracts ridicule. Mention UFO's & a lot of folk think you should be in a rubber room :)

I think you saw it really. I had also an experiance long time ago,. I looked into the star heaven and it was slowly going , than it stops, changed direction and dissappeared as fast as it could the other way round

Someone call Mulder!!! ;-) Seriously, though, I've had a similar sighting several years ago. Too bad I wasn't into photography then. I don't believe too in little green men - for all we know, people in other planets may even look better than we terrestrials do - but I can believe that there may be life in other worlds. It seems so egoistic of us to think that our planet is the only one with life in it anyway. I'm so thrilled for you!

I THINK HYWIND HAD ONE ALSO..... mY MOTHER AND I HAD A UFO SIGHTING MANY YEARS AGO

I have seen something like this before. I have a pick(somewhat blurred)of it. The explanation was natural. It was extremly strong spotlights, used before by swedish army for air defence, that a popgroup had borrowed for there concert. They were testing them one night and you could see only
fast moving bright colored spots in the sky. The distance was far away from me, so i could see the bright spot illuminating a cloud and moving in incredibel angels back and forth..up and down and then suddenly disappear

Ah, an intriguing shot of those elusive ADHD celestial jellyfish! You are quick with your camera, Wildthing. I'd be too much in an awed daze to take any shots at all. I'm sure one day we'll know what these really are, but in the meantime, you are among the few who have seen and captured these mysteries for us to ponder. Thanks for sharing! (Love the garden dwarf response! Hahaha!)
