Pattymaryclare said at 12:43 a.m. on Jul 4, 2008: Well I think it' 'ILLEGAL' just about every Deb the U.S. calls it DUI or DWI....here it's callled and 'impaired'...THE POINT BEING, the bars and lounges rarely stop serving a very impaired person and THE COPS CAN ONLY CATCH SO MANY/FEW... i think a mandatory breathalyzer at every exit of every drinking establishment exit with an alarm system locking the door ...THEN a bar worker could establish (legally) whether that person has keys to a vehicle or was on foot. They agree to get a cab or ride home....free to go, if not, we call the police as soon as we see you enter a vehicle! SIMPLE EFFECTIVE and 'worth the money' I'd say! ('COURSE NOW THAT WOULDNT WORK NOW WE ALL HAVE TO SMOKE OUTSIDE!! ) sorta lol here ~pmc out
