Beautiful pictures! I hope to get to Crete and Santorini one day. Some day! What kind of tree is that to the right of the red hibiscus flower? The flowers are very unusal. (I like the utility lines, it makes the eye travel thru the whole picture)

Connie I hope you are able to visit here some time, I wish I knew what the name of the tree is, I took the picture to identify it, haven't managed that yet!

Crete is certainly a beautiful place, with or without the butterflies. It looks to be full of old world charm, flowers and lovely old architecture. If you live there, you must be very happy to have such surroundings all through the year. Great tabblo.

Thank you Jeanine, Kim and Joan, it is a wonderful place and I am fortunate to spend so much time here. At the moment I visit four times a year for several weeks at a time and throughout the seasons.

Celia, I so long to go to the Greek Isles. It's the first thing on my list of things to do before I die. I'm hoping to inherit some money next year and will try my best just not sure which island I would like best. I can't do a lot of walking unfortuntely. This tabloo is beautiful. I love the photo with the blue sky and the mountains with the spray of I don't know what you call them and of course being a cat lover, the cat under the tree/bushes. Thanks for sharing.
