Pooped from the long hike up the mountain, they couldn't even manage a smile for the camera.

I think this photo is from around 1935...

That would make the ladies in their early 40s...

My Grandmother is 3rd from the left wearing the boots & jodhpurs.

Great captions everyone... knowing my family they all probably did NOT want a photo taken of themselves... and that is the reason for the crabby faces... haha

My aunt had a saying right out of the old west... instead of "leave your guns at the door" she'd say "leave your cameras at the door" and hold her hand in front of her face whenever we'd try to take her picture. I can see it was inherited from her Mother...

Great Old Time shot Jodi. Love the expressions on their faces. I can imagine them saying 'They SAID there was the Fountain of Youth at the top'.... Anyway, I hope the view was worth the climb.
