Chain? is that a gang? ... or is Wopmusic speaking figuratively? ... Looks like the chains are coming off and Yooboo <Grin> is being revitalized, especially with a new art gallery, and studios? ... Wondering who the person in the painting is and the artist who did it. Cool portrait. And Cool Tab Linda; Definately fits the criteria of a 'Hood' tabblo! :)

DEB--right-real florida before the developers took over.
FRANKO--not too many chain stores now. Still lots of small places and a revival of the arts. Which I'm completely excited about.

Jodi-that song with the video is from the new Robert Plant and Alison Krauss "Raising Sand" album. I adore it.

A big thank you to LEFITE who reviewed the video-my first ever--and gave me the go ahead on it. Thanks, amiga.

I lkie this Ybor series a lot. this tabblo gives of a taste of what was, and what will be. The art galllery to come. I like how you used the text overlay, and the closeups of the locks and door handles. The last shot really imparts a dreamlike feel, to go perfectly with Killing the Blues, which, by the way, is kiler.

thanks all. No, the gallery is not mine. I just happened to be invited in to take some photos. The sculpture belongs to the artist in the brown shirt in the above photos. I wish i could take credit but i just did the photography for thsi tabblo, and the video.

A most excellent set of photos along with a dream like video. I bought "Raising Sand" a few months ago, a great pairing of music and pictures. Much to be proud of in this set.

Raising Sand seems to be such an improbable pairing of Plant and Krause that I had to take a listen. Well, like you I was blown away by the music. I have to remind myself not to over play the album, I know the CD, showing my age.
