AliDar said at 1:34 a.m. on Nov 2, 2008: She has amazing hands..... and you photographed her work so beautifully it makes me want to touch it and feel it's texture. I love the rich colours and textures of the clay in the second set. Perfect lighting. Thank you for this. It stirs up something inside of me that one should never let settle. :)

Hhwind said at 6:11 a.m. on Nov 2, 2008: The lumps of clay in the hand of an artist becomes works of art, I can see the dexterity of the hands that shape the sculpture, great shots
Liliana said at 7:37 a.m. on Nov 2, 2008: ¿Eduardo, sólo esculpe mujeres...?
Charlespop said at 8:50 a.m. on Nov 2, 2008: Love it !
Eduardo.affonso said at 9:29 a.m. on Nov 2, 2008: Thank you all - GILSON, DEN, ALI, AKE, MIRELLA, CELIA, LILIANA, TEO & CHARLES - for your inspired (and inspiring) comments.
DAR: I bet this "one" who should never let settle certain things inside of you is nobody but yourself...
MIRELL: Sometime we must just feel and enjoy, instead of trying to understand. Nothing is so challenging as a theorem; nothing is so boring as a demonstrated theorem.
THEO: She is a great artist, indeed.
Leftofcenter said at 9:46 a.m. on Nov 2, 2008: i was going to try and write somethin' "inspiring" but I'll just say (like Charlespop) LOVE IT! I love nude female sculptures, these are so delicate, sensual.. feminine, you picked the perfect angles and light, the hands series is powerful, and the text... inspiring to say the least (I especially like "don't try to understand - living exceeds any understanding") another favorite.
Clydo said at 9:47 a.m. on Nov 2, 2008: Eduardo, this is beautiful art! your photography has enhanced the beauty of the scuptures and your slow shutter speed portrays the movement of the sculpor's hands very well. Both of you are wonderful artists!
Liliana said at 10:03 a.m. on Nov 2, 2008: ¿Quién será el modelo masculino? Rs, rs...
WEIMAR said at 10:14 a.m. on Nov 2, 2008: look at the Português...:-)

Swedfinn said at 12:24 p.m. on Nov 2, 2008: Artists are true illusionists!! I love it, too
Liliana said at 2:10 p.m. on Nov 2, 2008: Aunque destruir es, también, crear...¿no? A veces.
Gerardfotografeert said at 5:12 p.m. on Nov 2, 2008: Very great art, the sculpturist and the photos of this tabblo. Thank you for sharing it. wel done.
Eduardo.affonso said at 6:29 p.m. on Nov 2, 2008: ANNELIES: Don't ask me why I chose these quotes - they just came to my mind while I was uploading these images. If you have a chance, try to find some of the many books writen by Clarice Lispector. You'll find them.. inspiring, to say the least.
CLYDO & GERARD: Angela is the true artist, I simply portraited her work, adding some drama to it. It was an exercise of using natural and artificial lighting.
Ah, a dialética...
JORMA: That's so true. We are always trying to create illusions - and believing they might be real.
Clydo said at 7:31 p.m. on Nov 2, 2008: Your lighting is excellent Eduardo!
Liliana said at 7:46 p.m. on Nov 2, 2008: Nao nao nao... cuando destruís, creás algo nuevo , diferente (destruido, valga la redundancia). ¿No?
Debdog said at 12:34 a.m. on Nov 3, 2008: the light on the torso from slightly below...wow and the textures great dof on 4,5
Abking said at 12:36 a.m. on Nov 3, 2008: This is so full of texture and light and beauty of the body. It's a delight to see the sculptor's hands at work.
