Aduino-based toy we made this weekend in preparation for a multi-weekend project. An RGB LED toggles between green, blue, and red randomly while you press it down and stops on one of the three colors when you let go.
The game is for someone to call a color and the "roulette" to get passed around from person to person until someone gets the right color out of it. Then that person gets a point and gets to select the next color as goal.
I am not doing a good job describing just how much fun this was to play. It was a little rough to build mostly because of what a PITA those pesky atoms can be.
Parts required: RGB LED, pushbutton switch, Arduino board (I use a Stickduino here because I like the small size), and an ethernet cable you are willing to sacrifice for the 6 wires you are going to need. |
