Six minutes from my house is Downtown Clermont with ample parking at beach, large lake & breeze, boating, swimming, fishing pier, restaurants, ice cream parlor, kiting , cycling path, and shopping.

The US National Training Center for Triathalon ( running, cycling, swimming ) is four minutes from us. Events begin and end lakeside with hundreds of hopeful National athletes competing & trainig throughout the year.
