Max graduated from 8th grade last week.  He's done an amazing job finding his way as a smart kid in school.  We're very proud of him!

(And isn't he gorgeous in a jacket and tie!)

Max and Amanda together delivered a speech to the students.  It was a nice remembrance of how the class has grown together over the years, culminating in their recent class trip to Maine.  Max didn't seem the least bit nervous, although he is a shy kid.

Did I mention I was very proud of him?

Max also got an academic award.
