Aggregate is loose or

disappearing in driveway

and patios.

Although cars are never parked on driveway, you can see where missing aggregate has created ridge marks.

Here you can see cement circles where the aggregate is missing.

Here you can see the styrofoam coming out of the composite (faux finish) base. Response has been it was the fault of the lawn service. They mow over 300 lawns a week and have never experienced this. I have been told by Grand staff that this has never happened in any other home. Therefore, the only conclusion is that this one was and is a defective base.
