4th of July was great! We got to see the Stadium of Fire fireworks on Saturday. Practically the whole ward went and it was actually a pretty good show.  Tuesday, practically the whole ward went up in the canyon for a bonfire - yes a bonfire in July - and set off fireworks. Several experiments were performed, including the 'burning log' created when 50 bottle rockets are covered in gasoline.

After we came back from the canyon, some of the guys put on their own fireworks show in the street. It was pretty great, especially when Jackson put the roman candle between his legs and jumped around 300 East. Highlights also include Rob kicking some fire into a neighbor's yard, and The Clarke brothers jumping through the fire together.
